    Francine Gemperle, Adjunct Faculty with expertise in user experience research, information architecture, and human-centered design. Francine is a User Experience Researcher at Aurora Innovation. Previously, she worked at Seegrid, Uber, MAYA Design, and led the team that founded LUMA Institute. CMUiii courses include: User Experience Research: Theory, Methods, Practice.
